10AM Golf Outing – $250 (Separate Ticket from General Attendance ticket – Sales Close 3PM Friday, July 19)
- Taking place at River Forest Country Club, Elmhurst, IL
4PM Annual Meeting – $50
- 3:30PM – Registration Opens/ Tabletop Setup
- 4:00PM – Reception and Exhibits (networking and hors d’ oeuvres)
- 5:00PM – Program Begins
